Is the shipping free?
We're making shipping easier for you! Enjoy free standard shipping on product orders over $100 to the most countries and regions in North America and Europe
When will I receive my item?
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Prescription lenses require careful customization, which usually takes 3-7 business days to produce. After production, your order will be shipped via Standard Shipping.
- Most customers receive their orders within 10-14 business days after shipment. We’ll keep you updated with tracking information once your package is on its way!
Can I change or return my item?
Products can be returned, exchanged, or refunded within 30 days. Orders may only be exchanged or returned once, as long as the item has not been used.
Do you accept insurance?
- Unfortunately, we are not currently affiliated with any insurance companies. However, we can provide you with a detailed copy of your invoice so you may request reimbursement from your insurance company. Check with your insurance company, and if they do, you can request an emailed invoice copy from our Customer Service department or you can download it in your account.
- Meanwhile, we accept flexible spending accounts (FSA) or health savings accounts (HSA) for purchasing prescription eyewear or sunglasses. However, the FSA and HSA cards need to be affiliated with a major credit card.
