Prescription lenses require careful customization, which usually takes 3-7 business days to produce. After production, your order will be shipped
What is your return & warranty policy?

Products can be returned, exchanged, or refunded within 30 days. Orders may only be exchanged or returned once, as long as the item has not been used.
- 365-Day Warranty
A 365-day warranty is provided, covering manufacturing defects, excluding damage from accidents, neglect, or improper care.
